Chaat Masala

Ingredience

  • Chickpeas: 200g / 1 cup (Boil in 10 cups of water for 2 hours, then add 1 tsp baking soda and boil for another 10 minutes)
  • Potatoes: 3 cups, peeled, boiled, and cubed
  • Onion: 1 cup, finely chopped
  • Green Chillies: 3-4, finely sliced
  • Lemon Juice: 3-4 tablespoons
  • Fresh Coriander: 2-3 tablespoons, chopped
  • Tamarind Paste: ½ cup
  • Papri: 1 cup, crushed
  • Malhar Chaat Masala: 3-4 tablespoons

Steps For Cooking

  1. In a large bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, potatoes, onions, green chillies, coriander, tamarind paste, lemon juice, and Malhar Chaat Masala.
  2. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
  3. Just before serving, top with crushed papri for the perfect crunch.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy the tangy, spicy punch!
