Ingredience
- Chickpeas: 200g / 1 cup (Boil in 10 cups of water for 2 hours, then add 1 tsp baking soda and boil for another 10 minutes)
- Potatoes: 3 cups, peeled, boiled, and cubed
- Onion: 1 cup, finely chopped
- Green Chillies: 3-4, finely sliced
- Lemon Juice: 3-4 tablespoons
- Fresh Coriander: 2-3 tablespoons, chopped
- Tamarind Paste: ½ cup
- Papri: 1 cup, crushed
- Malhar Chaat Masala: 3-4 tablespoons
Steps For Cooking
- In a large bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, potatoes, onions, green chillies, coriander, tamarind paste, lemon juice, and Malhar Chaat Masala.
- Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
- Just before serving, top with crushed papri for the perfect crunch.
- Serve immediately and enjoy the tangy, spicy punch!
