  • Milk: 1 Litre
  • Malhar Sheer Khurma Mix: 1 Packet

Steps For Cooking

  1. In a heavy bottomed pan, bring milk to a boil on medium heat.
  2. Add one packet of Malhar Sheer Khurma Mix slowly to the boiling milk, while stirring continuously. Keep stirring while cooking on medium flame for 15-20 minutes or till the Sheer thickens.
  3. Transfer to a bowl. Cool or chill before serving.
